Ingredients
Milk
Corn Flour
Vegetable Oil
Cooking Instructions
Fillet your bass and remove all dark meat from the fillet. Once the fish is filleted and cleaned, cut each fillet into 1 inch cubes.
Place the cubed fish into a bowl with milk in it, heat up a pan full of oil and place your corn flour in another bowl.
Transfer, one piece at a time, your cubed fish into the corn flour and then into your pan of hot oil. Fry each cube until golden brown.
When the frying is done place on a plate lined with paper towel to soak up some of the excess oil, season to suit your tastes and your done, kick back and enjoy!
